Warning: May Cause Stupid and an Urge to Claw - Dizzy Fox

So here we are this week and the new demo for Resident Evil 5 Demo was released this last week and boy it is sweet. The game play is as smooth as resident evil 4 and it's been updated is some nice ways. For starters the co-op play is tuned to be responsive for the kind of teamwork you need for the game. It can also be deathly as well if you can't work well with the other player. The Menu Attache system was swapped out for a quick menu system with limited space for a more realistic and as it is more intense to have a monster still attacking you as you sift through your crap it can get irritating to manage. All in all it's still a great game and I Think it's worth every penny to play.

As for the Muscle Comic it's been a notice that My Roommates keep making about how certain characters are suddenly Beefy and over muscular It hasn't been too extreme except for these cases. Chris and Gordon were never that big. Admittedly it's not that bad, but we still had to make our jokes about it.

Pump You Up - Lance Icarus

What is the deal with game characters suddenly buffing up to incredible levels? I can sort of understand Chris Redfield, but Commissioner Gordon? Does he really need to be built like a linebacker for the Gotham Knights?

As Dizzy has hinted to, I'm absolutely raving about Arkham Asylum. I watched the new trailer and I just can't wait to play this game. I was interested in it when I heard that some people from Batman: The Animated Series (aka one of the greatest cartoons ever) were doing the voice work. Then I saw the trailer and some of the combat. Now I'm officially excited. I can't judge too much until I see more game, but I know that the second a demo hits XBox Live I'm downloading it.

I'm very excited with the development on the new site. Dizzy has been on his Wacom Tablet nonstop and he's been coming up with some sweet stuff. Expect a brand new batch of +1 banners this week. It will be a small, delcious sampler of things to come. See you next week!
