Dizzy Fox, or just Dizz for short, is the most diverse gamer of the group. He's up for anything and everything and simply loves to play any video game he can get his hands on. He's about as close to level headed as anyone else in the group (for whatever that's worth) and he's always the first one with a plan, even though it may not always be the most thought out idea. He also keeps Lance's ego in check when it starts to get out of control.
He really doesn't hold a particular game in high regard. He's more concerned with playing anything and everything released and loves every second of it. A game series he does have a preference for though is the Legend of Zelda series.
Lance is definitely the most conservative one of the group. He's a hardcore gamer just like Dizzy, but he's not quite as quick to action. He's rather bright and has a sharp wit, but tends to over think things and would rather have someone else take action. His gaming skill rivals that of Dizzy, creating a friendship born of competition. Lance and Dizzy can usually be seen playing video games together. When he does have success, however, he has a bad habit of rubbing it in other people's faces.
Lance is a gamer with a refined taste. Even though he'll still play about anything, he'll only buy games that he feels are "good enough" to be apart of his collection. While the size of his collection is a bit below average, what he has he loves with a fierce passion. Beware ye who speak ill of Lance's collection, lest they face his wrath.
Every group needs their X factor. That one person nobody can truly predict. For the +1 crew, Chip Street is that person. He may act simple enough, but don't let that fool you. He will take years of careful coding and break it as easily as we breath. There is no physics engine he can't defy, no AI he can't bend to his will. It comes so naturally to him that he doesn't seem to know that he did anything wrong and that's how it's suppose to be played. He is every developer's worst nightmare.
Even though he doesn't seem like a "thinker", he loves puzzle and strategy games the most. He burns through them pretty quickly thanks to his amazing ability to adapt to his situation. He also likes racing games due to his love for speed. The mental difficulty of his collection would take a normal person years to complete, but Chip will tell you he beat it "yesterday." Does he really mean yesterday or when he actually got the game? So is the enigma of Chip.
Floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee. Ayame is a girl who should never be taken lightly. Underneath the pacifistic and light hearted personality lies a gamer who's play style borderlines on the demonic. She seems to completely transform in a video game, turning into a berserker who's only goal is the complete annihilation of her enemies. She's been known to play with friends and foes alike, backing them into dark corners and striking without mercy. When she's done playing, she's her usual happy go lucky self. She also has a deep love for Japanese culture, especially anime.
Her game collection is built mostly of shooters and fighters. If you can brutally slaughter something, she'll already know the combo to pull it's spine out. Her love for everything Japanese has lead to a nice selection of RPGs and licensed games based on her favorite animes.
