First Impressions - Lance Icarus

I've been playing this game for about a week and I will say that The World Ends With You is a really good game. I'm enjoying every minute of it and I really do think it has some of the most interesting characters I've ever seen from Square Enix. However, to deny that Square Enix follows a specific formula for success is like saying that Guitar Hero is better played without the guitar peripheral. You are just wrong. It just seems more apparent in The World Ends With You since they used the same development team as Kingdom Hearts.

The comic is pretty much a "first impression" comic. When you first play the game for a couple of hours, you're going to see where this comic is coming from. It is one of the best DS games out there and you should keep playing it, but to talk about the game any further than that would reveal a bottomless well of spoilers. Seriously, there's a plot twist every game day and it's always interesting thanks to the strong bond you share with the characters. Trust me on this one, you'll enjoy the ride.

Dizzy just picked up the special edition of Grand Theft Auto IV, so I'm off to watch him play. Somehow I think you'll be seeing a GTA 4 comic next week. Call it a hunch. See you then!
