Plus 1 Comics Has Ended

I'm sorry for the lack of updates about the site relaunch, but there's some good news and bad news on that front. The good news is Dizzy Fox, artist of Plus 1 Comics, is going back to college in order to fulfill his dream of entering the video game industry. I can honestly say I'm both excited and proud to see him working so hard to achieve his dreams.

The bad news is that between juggling a full-time job and his college work, Dizzy can no longer work on Plus 1 Comics. Plus 1 Comics was always a collaboration between me and him, so I won't be looking for new artists or anything of the sort.

This means that, as of right now, Plus 1 Comics has finished and will no longer be updating.

It's been a long and wild ride. I will treasure all the memories I have from writing the comic. Thanks to this comic, I was able to attend conventions, give a presentation at the University of Washington, and even entertain some inside the industry itself. Most of all, I will remember all of the fans I've met along the way. Everyone I met at those conventions, the people who came to our UW presentation, and those people who sent the e-mails that kept me inspired to continue writing the scripts, you all hold a special place in my heart.

On behalf of Dizzy, I want to thank every last Plus 1 Comics fan for sticking with us these past six and a half years. To say we're going to miss you guys is an understatement. I don't even have the words to express what a pleasure it's been to give you comics on the (somewhat) weekly basis. Thank you for reading, for commenting, and especially for bearing with us.
