I have become a twitter whore. I didn't want to admit it, but right around 100 tweets it hit me that I couldn't deny it any more. I can't help it though, people keep posting free game codes and when they're streaming themselves drawing! It's instant information that taps into the part of your brain that thinks about posting "FIRST" when there's no comments yet. Oh don't fake it, you've thought about it too.

What more could be said about The Avengers? It broke box office records with ease, showed the movie world cross-franchise movies can work, and best of all gained the acclaim of every nerd in the world. Seriously, I've yet to hear anyone complain about this movie which is saying something for a group notorious for complaining on forums about even the slightest flaw in anything. Truly Mr. Whedon, you truly deserve any praise you get for this one. Don't thank us, thank you for delivering a superhero movie everyone can enjoy.

Even though I've personally stayed away from Old Republic myself, this always bothered me. I mean, the quick travel says a "shuttle has been dispatched" to come pick you up. Fine, cool, I dig that. But what happens when I'm three levels underground and I hit the quick travel button? It can't possibly end well for the shuttle.
